Tanzania is a country of beautiful tropical vegetation, vast expanses of savannah, virgin forests, and wonderful people, whom we have had the pleasure of visiting regularly since our first visit in 2015.

In the last 6 years that we have been in the village of Gongo with MyQuest interaction trips we have painted and equipped the local clinic, we have built a poultry farm, toilets and kitchen for the primary school, an alternative income and empowerment center for the women of the village, as well as a sustainable agriculture center that will be the village market!

This summer, we return to the village of Gongo to deal in depth with all the projects we have started in previous years and new ideas that arise from them.

The main lines of action concern:

• Education – sports, cultural, environmental activities at Gongo Primary School.
• Empowerment – activities in the women's cooperative with Mamas, with which we do batik, tie dye, sewing, basketry, soaps, etc. techniques.
• Conservation – activities such as tree planting, cleaning and reuse.

But we will not only make the trip to the area to work on the projects mentioned above, but also to meet the people of Gongo village in person, to become part of their daily lives, to celebrate with them, to play and create a relationship, which will give us so much back and will create strong emotions that we will carry for a long time!
